Vivid Tangerine & Hot Pink Ribby Hall Wedding Day of Helaina & Adam

We first met up with the lovely Helaina & Adam over a year ago, their colourful plans were discussed in detail, a nod to Blackpool Football Club's tangerine dream and Helaina's favourite hot pink shades were decided upon. 

We met up again at Ribby Hall's Spring Open Day where ideas for table designs were hatched. A further get together with Helaina & Adam was planned where their stupendous Mood Board was un-veiled followed by discussions on the subject of their favourite blooms: Gerberas, Calla Lilies & Peonies led us to the final designs which were created for their 'Samples' meeting way back in June.

At last the big day had arrived, after so much planning, thought and creativity it was my great pleasure to present Helaina with her Bridal Bouquets 

 Helaina's Bridal Bouquet was beautiful, neat and compact much like our lovely Bride, a profusion of 'Tropical fruit salad' shades were blended, juicy Roses, glossy Calla Lilies, voluptuous Peonies, vibrant velvety Gerberas , Fragrant Sweet Peas, fluffy Hydrangeas and frilly Nerines were spiralled together to create a condensed posy with rolled Aspidestra leaves forming a bold and dynamic collar, the stems were bound with hot pink satin ribbon. Our Bride was thankfully so thrilled...

 Helaina's beautiful Bridesmaids carried posies of Hot Pink & Orange Gerberas and Germinis again enveloped in a collar of shiny rolled Aspidestra leaves

 I did the all important FD Events Bridal Bouquet carrying lesson whilst our Olivia took the piccies

 Helaina's lovely Mum popped on her jacket for me so that I could attach her corsage of a Mango Calla Lily with Hydrangeas, Champage Grass and Ivy

 I pinned on Bride's Dad's Boutonniere of a Naranga Rose with hot pink Sweet Peas

We headed off to the brilliant Ribby Hall Village to set up for the ceremony, we always love working at Ribby, the guys there are always so welcoming. 

We'd dressed the Rowan Suite with two of our tall conical vases framing the ceremony space, the Registrars table was decorated with glass cubes filled with posies of vibrant blooms

 Bird of Paradise and Hydrangeas in floral gel filled cubes were on the second Registrars table

 Our Tall and elegant conical vase topped by a lovely hand tied design of Strelitzia and Calla Lilies, here's a link to the samples we created back in June

 In the Reception area Olivia had lined up the Boutonnieres and Corsages ready to pin them on to the guests

 The Groom's Mum's Corsage of all ivory Rose Buds and Hydrangeas with diamantes

 The Groom's Boutonniere of a Naranga Rose with fresh Rosemary, Nerines, Alchemilla Mollis with Hydrangeas and Champagne Grass

 Our fabulous Bride Groom complete with his rather special Boutonniere

 Olivia pinned on all of the Groom's Men's Boutonnieres

The Groom's Mum looked fabulous with her all ivory corsage

 The Bride's Mum & Bridesmaid's arrived in style in a 'Clouds Car' 

 The Bridal party looked quite fabulous the colours really bringing with them summer heat and vibrance

 The lovely Bridesmaids with their vibrant Gerbera Bridal Posies matching their hot pink frocks perfectly

 There really was a lot of kissing going on, I great start to married life I'd say...

The scene was set in The Garden Room at Ribby Hall with a combination of Tall and low table designs

 We loved the Wedding Cake topped by a mini sculpture of our Bride and Groom with corsages of fresh flowers on the lower two tiers

The lower designs: Floral Cocktails created in a variety of sizes of Martini style vases filled with Roses, Germini's, Nerines and Birds of Paradise, here's a link to the sample of this design created back in June

Charlotte Designs had created the vibrant Wedding Stationery

 

 The Top table was dressed with a series of Glass Cubes on mirrored tiles each one filled with a simply elegant posy, the empty cubes are provided for the Bridal Bouquets

 Some of the table designs were arranged in glass cubes to co-ordintae with the Top Table
